Betul tu… tak masuk dek akal, soalan macam tu budak taraf SPM pun ble jawab kat Malaysia ni. Tu pun kalau budak tu tau perkembangan semasa, kalau tak sama je la dengan orang-orang Amerika yang dumb tu.

If comes to the topic/subject like geography, history, politic, etc it cant determine that person is smart/stupid or not. Its because, those topic/subject are factual subjects, so you have to memorize. Dont you agree?
Example, The crime ’stealing’ fall in what ‘Akta’? certainly most of Malaysian doesnt know the answer, but I know Malaysian r NOT stupid based on that Q.
